Refund policy

Upon presentation of the original receipt, you can get a credit note, an exchange for another product, or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unwashed, unidentified, unaltered and with the original label. We require the invoice number for every exchange or refund.

*Please note that an administrative fee of 20% of the total amount will be deducted from any total refund of an order or purchase.
