How can I view my school’s clothing collection and the price list?
First, you need to create an account using the password associated with your school. Once you are logged into your account, you will find all the relevant information about your school, the complete clothing collection and the price list.
How many pieces of clothing are usually needed for a school year?
Here is the minimum quantity suggested:
Girl: 1 to 2 skirt(s) and 1 pair of pants
Boy: 2 to 3 pairs of pants
Shirts or polo shirts: 3
Sleeveless sweaters or sweaters: 2
Physical education: depending on the number of periods per week
What is your exchange and refund policy?
Upon presentation of the original receipt, you can get a credit note, an exchange for another product, or a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unwashed, unidentified, unaltered and with the original label. We require the invoice number for every exchange or refund.
*Please note that an administrative fee of 20% of the amount of the deposit of your presale order will be charged if the order is cancelled.
What is the suggested cleaning method for my school uniform?
It is best to lay your garment flat to dry, but all clothes can be machine washed and dried. Please note that the garments may shrink on the length from 3 to 5%.
Fitting and August Delivery
For all orders placed during the presale period, before May 31st (online or in-store): your order can be picked up by appointment in our stores. Otherwise, the priority pickup will take place in August at your school on specific days.
For orders placed after May 31st: your order can only be picked up in August during the last day dedicated to your school. On-site purchases will also be possible.
How can I make an appointment for an in-store fitting during the school year?
After the pickup period at your school in August, you can make an appointment online for an in-store fitting. Visit our Home Page and choose the time slot that suits you best according to our availability via Booxi Blainville or Booxi Montreal. If your child cannot be present during the fitting, we suggest you bring a t-shirt and a pair of pants as a comparison. Our in-store team will be there to help. Please note that any visit to our store for a full fitting requires an appointment.
How long does delivery take?
If you placed your order during the presale period (online or in-store), you will receive it in August during the pickup period at your school.
If you placed your order during the school year, your order will be delivered the following week at your school. Delivery day may vary depending on the school.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer you the possibility of paying for your online or in-store purchases using one of the following three payment methods: Visa, MasterCard or Debit.
Why place my order during the presale period when school only starts at the end of August?
Buying during the presale period is the best way to ensure you receive your order in time for the next school year. Please note that the delivery of orders placed after May 31st is not guaranteed for the pickup period in August. We prioritize orders placed during the presale period as well as their exchanges before accommodating late orders.
What if my child changes size during the summer?
When picking up your order in August, it will be possible to exchange garments’ sizes and to add or remove items from your order.
